THE GASPARINI CORRESPONDENCE.
' m f_Br Tblbgbaph.j [FROM OUR SPECIAL CORRESPONDENT.] WELLINGTON, July 11. Mr Fisher, writing to an evening paper, asserts that "the Gasparini papers were printed at the request of Sir W. Jervois, by authority of the Premier. The correspondence being in print, I obtained a number of copies for my own use, all of which, except sir, have since remained under lock and key in my own house. Parliament, however, has now ordered the circulation of tbe papers, and that having been done I have in this matter at all events obtained all the justice I desire." I am in a position to state that there is yet more to come out, and I have reason to believe that some explanations will shortly be made which will pnt the matter in a light considerably different from that in which Mr Fisher aaks the pnblic to view it.
