[By Telegraph.") [from our correspondent.] BEEFTON, July 11. The following are the buyers' prices:— No. 2 Dark, 2s sd; Fiery, Bs* 6d; Pandora, 10d; Scocia>6sld, Welcome (old), 5s 9d. Sellers' prices are as follows : —Argosy, Is 4d; Bendigo, 6d; Golden Treasure, 2s 7d; Inglewood, Is ; Jubilee, 3d; Nil Desperandum, Bdj National, s<l; No. 2 Dark, 2a 7d; Pandora, Is; Progress, 85s; Scotia, 6a 3d; Specimen Hill, Is 9d; Venus, 2s 6d. The only recorded sales are Juat-in-Time, 7d. Progress—The battery started on Wednesday last, but as yet there is no word concerning the appearances of the plates. To-day's quotations, however, show a rather severe drop in the price of shares, the market rate being given at 80s. It is said, however, that there is nothing at the mine to justify the fall. Golden Lead—lt is understood that the time for closing the share list of the venture has been extended for three weeks.
