Mr W. H. Smith, leader of the House, has abandoned the District Councils of England Bill, THE CRONIN MURDER. Chicago, June 24. V Arrangement has been made for the immediate extradition of Burke, who is in cuEtody on suspicion of complicity in the murder of Dr. Cronin.
