TEMUKA.
The regular monthly meeting of the Temuka School Committee was held on Tuesday evening. Present—Messrs Hayhurst (.Chairman), Brown, Myth, and Winning. In consequence of a communication from the Board of Education It was decided to advertise for a pupil teacher. It being necessary to nominate two members for the Education Board, It was agreed to hold a special meeting oni Tuesday, the 22nd, to consider pupil teachership, and also to decide as to nominations for the Board. Accounte to the amount of £2 13s were passed for pay* SentTand the a*inual was submitted and approved ot The meeting then terminated.
