(Before his Honor Mr Justice Ward.l The civil session was continued at 10.30 a.m.

MCKAY AND OTHERS V. ORAM AND OTHERS.

For plaintiffs, Mr Austin, with him Mr Bowman; for defendants, Mr Holmes, with him Mr J. B. Fisher. The case for the defendants was continued, and the following witnesses examined :—W. H. Gundry, E, R, Deacon, Thomas Duncan, and M. Hart. The Court adjourned at 5 p.m. until today. .
