AFFAIRS IN FRANCE.
AN EXCITING RUMOR. fPKB PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Received November 26th. 0.23 a.m. Paris, November 24. It is reported that M. Floquet had ordered the arrest of fifty followers of General Boulanger and reactionary leaders on the charge of intriguing against the State. The rumor is creating great excitement in the city. General Boolanger and Count Cavaignac profess to believe the report, which the Government Press ridicule.
