ANOTHER HORRIBLE DISCOVERY. By Electbic Telegraph—Coptright. [per press association.] Received October 4th, 12.45 p.m. London, October 3. The mutilated remains of a woman has been found on the Thames embankment at Whitehall. Received October 4th, 10.30 p.m. London, October 3. The body of tbe woman found at Whitehall was dismembered and much decomposed. It is believed the trunk is part of a woman whose arms were recently found in the neighborhood of Pimlico and Lambeth.
