IN BANKRUPTCY.
Orders of discharge were granted in the ] following cases:—Re Thomas King (Mr McConnel), Robert Sutherland (Mr Joynt). BE REGINALD BKAY. I The Official Assignee applied herein for an order granting the costs of the solicitor of the Official Assignee. His Honor made the order as prayed. SALE OF BOOK DEBTS. On the application of the Official Assienee, his Honor made orders for the sale of book debts in the estates of Britton W Jones and R. L. Hutchens. FIXING DAY. The usual orders fixing the day for an-1 nlication for discharge were made in the CS cases :-Re J E Pilbrow ftlr Hoban), John Beecher (Mr Beattie), Wa Waite (Mr Deacon). EE FREDERICK SEARLE. In this case Mr Joynt applied herein on the part Of A » c - Truscott for an order of ad indication as against the debtor in respect of a judgment received by him in the R-M. Court. His Honor made the order as prayed. ADJOURNMENTS. The cases of E. J- T. Ford and James Brace were adjourned to next bankruptcy sittings- _
