Tuesday, August 28. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Ward.] His Honor sat in Chambers at 10.30 a.m GEORGE V AUSTIN AND OTHERS. This was a return to a summons calling on defendants to show cause why certain items should not be struck out of their &CCOUlltf* Mr Kippenberger in support of the summons, Mr Holmes contra. Mr Holmes suggested that the matter of fact in dispute should be referred to the Registrar to report and the law argued before his Honor.
