McKenua, member for Monaghan South, tabled notices of motion for the rejection of the Bill appointing a Commission to enquire into T/ie Times' charges against Mr Parnell. Received July 23id. 1.50 a.m. London, July 20. It is thought that if the ComAussioD Bill be passed in its present shape the enquiry might Urn& for several years. Those acting with Mr Labouchere contend that the duties of the Commission s,"gbt to be completed in a reasonable fteriod.
