TIE MEETING OF THE EMPERORS.
A BRILLIANT PAGEANT. (MR TBX3S ASSOCIATION.I Received July 21st. 12.10 p.m. St. Petersburg, July 20. At the meeting between the £mpcrors yesterday the Russian and German men-of-war, which were all gaily xieeorated, met off Cronstadt and loaned into double lines. The Imperial yachts steamed betweeu the lines of war vessels, firing salutes. The Emperor William then went onboard the Czar's yacht Alexandra. He was ■warnilv received. The JEmperera embracing, kissed each other, and proceeded to the Peterhoff, where the Czarina was waiting to meet the fknperor William. The whole proceeding was successfully carried out, ywi it i? described asa brilliant pageant.
