In the House if Commons yesterday, Mr Paraell withdrew bis amendment opposing the motion to grant precedence to enpply, on the ground that the State affairs of Ireland demanded primary attention, Lori Randolph Clrarehill intimating that a date would be fixed for the dteetueion of a Bill, to bo introduced by Mr Panel!, to amend the present Irish land laws ; ; [enciAU TO PBBBB ASSOCIATION .J v London, September 9. The real object of the Bill introduced by Mr Parnell to amend the Irish land legislation is supposed to be to separate the Unionists from Government ■' ' -' f ;"■:■ '{
