Bxbzjh, September 4. M. Dβ Giere, Raeeian Prime Minietflr, is now in this city, and has had several meetings with Priace Bismarck and the Emperor William. It is understood the interviews were of a most cordial character. ~ September 6. Prince Bismarck has sent a communication to Prince Alexander, in which the German Chancellor advises his Highness to abdicate the throne of Bulgaria.
Ponstantinoplb, September 4. Prince Alexander x>i Bulgaria gave a farewell address to the officers of the array. He annonneed in touching bngasge thst the Czar, having insisted on hia resignation, he resigns, otherwise tha Rueßian occupation of Bulgaria will take place.
London, September 6. In the House of Commons, last night, Sir James Fergussoß, Under-Seeretary for Foreign Affaire, declared that Orest Britain was not specially interested in the affairs of Bulgaria, but in fnture the Government of that country mast be based on the treaty of Berlin.
