Mr Gladstone informed the House of Commons to-day that the time allowed by the Powers for an answer from Greece to their ultimatum regarding disarmament had expired, and no definite reply bad been received. Mr Gladstone added that the previous reply was inadequate aad unsatisfactory. Beedved H*y 6tb, 1.20 a.m. London, May 5. The European Powers will present a fresh note to Greece to-day on the subject of disarmament.
