CHBISTCHUECH. Satubdat, Decehbeb 29. [Before J. OUivier, 8.M.; and F. J. KimbeU, J.P., Esqrs.] Dbttnkennebb.— James Lark— was fined ss. For first offences two men were fined each ss, or in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Alleged Labckny.—Henry Jones and Maurice Kavanagh were charged with having, on December 27th, stolen from the person of Patrick Harnett a £10 note. Mr Joyce appeared for Kavanagh. The police, stating that the prisoners had been arrested only a few hours,, asked for a remand, which was granted tUI December 3lßt. Bail was applied for, and allowed in the case of Kavanagh, himself in _825 and one surety in a like, amount.
