Seven men have been arrested by the police on charges of complicity in the murder of Catherine Owens, at Waterloo, on Wednesday last.
New Zealand wheat has advanced to 3s 9d per bushel; New Zealand oats have further fallen to 2s 4d; maize remains at 3s 6d, and Sugar Company's No. 1 pieces at £34.
