PEOPERTY SALE AT KAIAPOI.
On Thursday Mr Buss, auctioneer, submitted for sale, on account of Mrs E. H. Carew, at the Pier Hotel, a number of building allotments fronting on Fuller street, near the railway station, averaging about one-eight of an acre each. The lots -were sold at the following prices, and there was brisk bidding-:—Lots 1 to 5, £23 each, W.H. Burton ; 12, ;fi24,-J. Nome; 13 and 14, £20 each, £. Wilson; 15 16 and 17, £23 each, W. H. Burton; 25 and 26, £85 together, H. Smith; 27, £112, H. Smith; 28, J839, H. Smith; 29, JSSS, BiLissaman; 30, .£34, J. Humphries; 31, .£37, W. H. Crabtree ; 32 and 33, each, Joseph Stanton.
