DUNEDIN.
In the Danedin Supreme Court yesterday, Madden, for robbery from the person at the Hunt Club races, got three years, and his companion*, Mason and Hartley, got six months each. Ahem and Williamson, two lads charged with burglary at the "Daily Times " and other offices, were acquitted by the. direction of the Judge, as the only evidence was that given by their companion Jones, who pleaded guilty in order to turn Queen's evidence. Jones got tiro years. Moses A.Prioe, for embesslement of funds of the Druids' lodge, was sentenced to two yean, Thomas Seating, who knocked a man down in Maolaggan street and stole his purse, got twelve months. ;
