The Supreme Court continued yesterday. William Noakes, for a breach of the Arms Aot, bras convicted and sentenced to twentyfour hour*' imprisonment. James Henry Sibbald, laroanyfrom the person, William Battraiy, formerly Government oharged with «mbe«slement, failed to surrender, and his bail waa retreated. The conspiracy o**e wiU te token next day.
