[B_U__B_ TELEGRAMS.! MELBOURNE, October 25. The prospectus of the Westport Colliery Company of New Zealand has been issued here. Shares to the amount of £25,000 are offered for application. Arrived—This afternoon, Albion, from the Bluff. The Australian Steam Navigation Company's coaling steamer Balclutha, 456 tons, from Melbourne to Sydney, is missing, and has not been seen since Friday last. She had seventeen passengers and crew on board. The following is the latest betting for the Derby:—Somerset, 2to 1; Somnus and Spinningdal., 5 to 1. SYDNEY, October 25. Five fresh cases of smallpox have been reported to the Board of Health to-day. Mr Forster, who was appointed Minister Jor Justice and Public Instruction on the retirement of Sir George Innes from the Cabinet, was re-elected to-day without opposition. It has transpired that Sir William -fanning, one of the Puisne Judges, has been offered a primary Judgeship.
