Satpbdat, Mabch 29. [Before A. Le Grand Campbell, Esq., B.M.] Mai_ciouß Dkstbtjotion of Pbopebty.— Joseph Ibell, a lad reventeen years old, waa sentenced to one month's imprisonment with bard labor for maliciously destroying an umbrella, clothing, photographs, and other articles belonging to Eliza Henderson, a prostitute, living in the houae of Caroline McCann, in tbe Alford Forest road. The same prisoner received a further sentence of fire months' imprisonment with hard labor for stealing jewellery from the same person. Prisoner stated that the property had been destroyed in a diitorbanee in the house. He waa drunk, and had taken the jewellery which he intended to return. He would have done ao but the police apprehended him befoie he had time.
