Satubday, July 16. [Before 0. Whitefoord, Esq, R.M.] Labceny as a Bailee.—Samuel Garrett was charged with having appropriated money? the property of "his employer, C. The case was clearly proved, and accused sentenced to fourteen days' imprisonment with labor.
