Melbotjbne. The holidays have completely stopped all business. A London telegram states that brandy is rising. A telegram from Mauritius states that 500 tone are being loaded for Dunedin and Ohrietchnrch. There is no alteratidii in prices. Sugar making is retarded by the wet weather. The yield ie not expected to exceed 100,000 tons.
