Wednesday, December 15. [Before C. Whitefoord, Esq, R.M., and J. R. Gorton, Esq.] Cattle Trespass Ordinance—B. Terry, charged with a breach of this Ordinance, was fined 30s and costs 6s Gd. Police Ordinance. — Good Zouch, charged with doing damage to the Oddfellows' Hall to the extent of £2 10s, was fined £2, and ordered to pay for the repairs. Mat Benjamin, charged with drunkenness, was fined 10s and costs, or in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Slaughter-house Ordinance. — A license was granted to Henry West, Eyreton.
