[Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.] Civil Hases —Gallagher v Corkin. This was a claim to recover £35 4s, for work done for defendant. A set-off ofj£36 lOs.was filed by the defendant for board and lodging for plaintiff and family daring the time he was in his supposed employ. Mr Nalder appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Jamteson for defendant After lengthy evidence, which occupied the Court for two hours and a half, the Bench nonsuited the plaintiff,'allowing witnesses' expenses, amounting to 10a 6d.
