SHIP EASTERN MONARCH FROM LONDON.

The pilot boat came up this morning, and reports that the vessel came to an anchor on Tuesday evening about half a mile outside the heads. The ■hip brings a large number of immigrants who are all well. During the voyage (73 days) fifteen deaths, principally infants, occurred. The commissioners will not visit the ship until to«moirow morning, the weather being such as to prevent communication with the vessel. The Immigration Officers will proceed down to the ship this morning to clear the vessel.
