SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. Wednesday, May 1. [Before his Honor Mr Jrrarice Gressonr} His Honor sat in the Court, Chamber s»% , 11 a.m.' ' BE THOMAS BULLOCK. In this case, which was adjourned from the Sittings in Bankruptcy, and which was partially heard in Chambers on Tuesday last, Mr Clarke appeared for the bankrupt, and applied for tho final order of discharge. Dr Foster, on behalf of several creditors appeared to oppose. The cross-examination of the bankrupt by Mr Clarke was proceeded with at some length, Counsel on both aides having addressed the Cpurt, His Honor, after speaking strongly as to the r reckless course of trading pursued by the bankrupt, suspended the final order of discharge for twelve calendar months. ; On the application of Dr Foster tW',cb|t« of the opposing creditor were allowed 'by his Honor. . ; _. ~ .
