At the urgent request of several friends and others interested, I propose to OPEN a CLASS on the above date for YOUNG LADIES who desire to study more advanced branches of English. Writing, Arithmetic, and Geography will be taught, but special attention will be given to the History and Literature of the English Language. Grammar, and Composition. A Standard Author will be read, Milton or Macaulay to begin with. To this class I intend to devote six hours per week, viz., from 3 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
