Mails close for Australian Colonies at 915 a m on Monday (this day), March 28. For United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, America, and the West Indies, on Monday, 28th instant, at 1 15 p m. For money orders, at 10 30 a m. For registration of letters, at 11 a m. Eor newspapers, at 12 noon. Late letters for the above places may be posted till 2 pm. Such late letters must bear the usual late fee in postage stamps. An officer of the New Zealand Postal Department will proceed to New York in charge of the mails. Mails close for the Northern Provinces of New Zealand at 1 45 pm on Saturday, the 26th instant. Money orders may be obtained, letters registered, and newspapers posted till 12 30 p m.
