"T HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to JL Clause VI. of " The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866," that an application has been lodged in the Land Office, Christchurch, by Messrs. Walker Brothers and Clogstoun, by their attorney, H. H. Deßourbel, as holders of Pasturage Licenses Nos. 240, 255, and 331, to have fresh licenses of the snid runs issued to them by the Waste Lands Board which shall omit a certain portion of the land originally included therein, comprising 7845 acres or thereabouts, and to have the portion of land so omitted included in Pasturage License No. 546, now held by Mr. Charles George Tripp. If any person can show cause why such freeh licensee as aforesaid should not be issued, the same be made known to the Waste Lands Board before the 30th day of January, 1868. T HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to JL Clause II of the Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866, that an application has been lodged in the Land Office, Christchurch, by Messrs Teschemacker Brothers, LeCren and Fisher, as holders of Pasturage License No 301, Class 3, to have the present license cancelled, and a separate license issued by the Waste Lands Board to Thomas Fisher, of the northern portion of the said run, containing 20,000 acree, more or less, and a separate license to Messrs Frederick William Teschemaker, Thomas Teschemaker, aud Henry John LeCren of the southern portion thereof, containing 40,000 acres, more or less. If any person can show cause why such Crash licenses as aforesaid should not be issued, the same must be made known to the Waste Lands Board before the 17th day of February next.
