Applications may be made in writing at an time before twelve o'clock on Tuesday, th "2th March, 1867. Any number of acres may be eelected; no less than forty. The first applicant will be deemed th purchaser. If two or more persons apply for the sam< land at the same time, it will be put up t auction at the price fixed for selection Deposits will be returned to the uneuccessfu applicants. All land not applied for on the 12th. c March will be open for selection on an, eubsequent day. The purchase-money must be paid a follows :— Deposit -with application, 20 per cent.
