Tho poles to bo delivered in a secure place abovo high-water mark, to bo approved by the Telegraph Engineer. The whole of the poles to bo sawn out of the heart of Totam or Black Pine, to be twenty-five feet long, eight inches square at tho base, and fix indie* equare at the top. Nothing but tho heart of these timbers will be accepted. Tenders will bo reeoivod for tho wholo or any portion of tlio above supply -of poles, and must ftiitu tho time within which they will bo delivered.
