THE TELEGRAPH COMMISSIONER is prepared to Receivo Tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Telegraph Poles, to bo delivered as follows : — 50 at Flaxbourne 50 at Kekiranga 50 at Waipapa 50 at Amuri 50 ut Gore Bay 50 at Saltwater Creek. The poles to be delivered in a aeouro placo a above high-water mark, to be approved by the Telegraph Engineer. The whole of the poles to bo sawn out of the heart of Totara or Black Pino, to bo twenty-five feet long, eight inches square at the base, and six indies square at tho top. Nothing but tho heart of these timbers will bo accepted. Tenders will be received for tho wholo or any portion of tho above supply of poles, and must state the time within which they will bo delivered.
