The Great Southern Railway will for the present have its terminus at the Town of Rolleston, where also various lines for tramways diverge. The advantages of this position for a town are obvious; it is situated exactly opposite the Railway station near Weeden, and will be the depot for the surrounding neighborhood down to the Lake, and up to the Malvern Hills. There is a well with fifteen feet of water, at a depth of sixty feet only, at the Railway Station. The sections will be open for application at the upset price of £25 per lialf-acre, as laid out on the plans, and the applicant shall become the purchaser if no advance is made upon that price at the sale.
