Duitedln', Saturday, 4.5 p.m. Weather wet again. Markets remain quiet, influenced by the weather. First number of Punch out to-day; very good. Wellington, from the North, arrived at 10 a.m.; Hero#t noon. The Blupf, Saturday, 5.25 p.m. . Bailway plant of the Bluff and Invereargill Bailway sold at one o'clock to-day by order of the Sheriff, satisfy judgment claim of Cain and M'Kenzie. The Provincial Treasurer gave notice that the sale was illegal, having been stayed by order of the Supreme Court. The Sheriff persisted. Amount realised, £273; valued at about £20,000.
