H. | BEOWTf, Esq., J.P.] Robert Barrett, charged with being drunk and disorderly, was fined £1, or in default to be locked up for 48 hours. The following debt cases were disposed of:— Rickman Brothers v Cox —£3 17s 6d. Judgment for £3 5s and costs. Rickman v Baisfield —£10. Judgment for £8 and costs. Ballard v Symington —£7 7s. Plaintiff nonsuited. Judgment for the full amount claimed and costs was given in all the following ■eases:— Wilson v Millington—£l3 6s. Neighbours v Bush—£7 7s. Baker v Miller—£ll7s 6d.
