GOOD SUPPORT GIVEN COMBINED CHURCH FESTIVAL

Good support was given the annual Whakatane Combined Churches Competitions on Monday and Tuesday. Entries were of a high standard.

There was a large attendance for the final concert on Tuesday night. The programme wgs presented by first prize winners. Medals and certificates were presented by the Rev Dodds, who thanked all who had helped to make the festival a success.
