RANGITAIKI PLUNKET SOCIETY

RESIDENTS on the plains are asked to recall the assist-! ance and help which they have received from the Plunket service which has been a god-send to mothers living some distance from the town* and to make point of attending the annual meeting of the Rangitaiki Branch on WednesMay 19th at 2 p.m. Here is an organisation which despite our individual war efforts addresses itself as the' worthiest of all, even amidst the pressure of emergency, living. It should be remembered that war is but temporary, however painful, but that an organisation such as the Plunket Society is layingithe. very foundations of the race and is planning and quietly preparing and nurturing the citizens of our country's to-morrow.
