Bartley appealed" Avas granted a .sine die adjournment. Henry Rudolph John (Te Teko) was also giA'en a sine die adjournment proA'iding he undertook a period of training. Addison appealed Avas granted a sine die adjournment providing he undertook a three months' territorial course. Wm Holmes Shearer (Taneatua) Cor Avhom J. Shearer appealed was giA'en a similar decision. Charles Alexander Spcirs (AAvakaponga) for whom W. A. S. Topp appealed Avas granted a sine die. adjournment. Herbert Sidney Grant (Whakatane) for Avhom S. A. Grant appealed was accorded a sine die adjournment provided lie undertook a three months' territorial training period. Maurice Gerald Ruddiclc (Taneatua) Avas given an adjournment sine die. Wm George Howat (W. G. Howat appellant) was also granted a s;ne die adjournment providing resciwist undertook three months training. Leonard Robert Ruddiclc (Taneatua) for whom R. Ruddiek appealed Avas granted a sine die adjournment. Norman Francis Gallagher (Waimana) Avas granted exemption till the end of next month. Victor Cyril Seaward HMI (Manawahe) for AA'hom Jas Bowden appealed was granted a sine die adjournment proA'iding the 3 months training Avas undertaken. Dcen Burgoyne-Thomas (Matata) (Maggie Simpson appellant) Avho- is a member of Christian Pacifist Society. Avas granted an adjournment till next sitting.
