Interference with Punt.

Thought to be the work of children—energetic ones too—the Harbour Board's old punt which is moored in the river has been interfered with. The Harbourmaster following earlier mischief had secured the punt with a very heavy anchor, but when on inspection recently found that this had been raised to the deck by means of the winch. It was decided at Friday's meeting to dismantle the winch and make use of it elsewhere.
