PRISONER OF WAR
ONE OF ESCORT TO KING OF GREECE Previously reported missing Pte. J. W. Sanders, of Thornrton, who was one of the party of New Zealand soldiers who escorted King George of Greece during the evacuation, is now reported a prisoner of war according to private advice. K friend, who escaped' fromi his captors has written stating that he saw Pte Sanders amongst a party of prisoners who were being guarded by German soldiers.
