Constable H. Bidois, Murupara, ahs been, a visitor to Whakatane in the last few days.
Mr J. Wellington, formerly on the staff of the Whakatane branch of the Bank of New Zealand, is at present visiting Whakatane in. the course of his annual leave.
'One of the famous 1905, All Blacks Mr Billy Wallace, will be visiting Whakatane ioda.y t and will be a guest at the Commercial Hotel, for a few days. Mr Wallace will accom* pany the Bay team to Opotiki on Saturday.
