COLD RESTAURANTS
Sir, —As a visitor passing through your town —I won't be back for a month or six weeks—let me protest against the cold supper rooms which make waiting for a meal a shivering contest. The ones I've struck are designed on the wind-tunnel principle and they certainly test you out. Surely a board partition carried up to the ceiling in front and an electric radiator would not be too costly. I have no complaints about the quality of the food or the service. Yours etc., ICEBERG.
