U.S. MILITARY RULE TO END
(Rec. 8.40 a.m.) London, Aug. 18. The United States High Commissioner Designate (Mr McCloy) announced in Berlin today that the United States Military Government in Germany will end on October 15. After that, occupation questions will be decided solely by the State Department and by Mr McCloy as High Commissioner.
