ADDRESS TO FARMERS BY POSTMASTER

APPRECIATION OF STAFF'S ATTENTION An •'address entitled "The Pari the Post Office plays in the life. oi the public." was given by the Postmaster, Mr A. Crawford, to the Tauranga branch of Federated Farmers of New Zealand, Bay of Plenty Province, yesterday. His address was on similar lines to those he gave at Ohauiti and Katikati recently.

In passing a vote of thanks to Mr Crawford, the provincial secretary, Mr E; J. Vosper,, asked to convey to his staff deep appreciation for the courteous attention the members had received at the Tauranga Post Office.
