TRAGEDY FOLLOWS PICNIC
TWENTY-THREE KILLED AT BUENOS AIRES London, Dec. 19. At Buenos Aires 23 people, men, women and children, were killed today when a lorry filled with picnickers crashed into the side of an electric train.
The lorry had rolled down a hill and had broken through the gates of a level crossing. There were no casualties aboard the train,
