There was, it was stated, certainly no inference made regarding any delay by the council and it could only bo assumed that the solicitors in making this inquiry had been misinformed. The legal firm had been written to, exnlainaing the nosition and exonerating the council from the cause of any delay. The notice of the Minister’s approval of the plan had now been received and when the cash payment in satisfaction of the reserve requirement had been made by the owner, a copy of the plan would bo duly forwarded to the council.
