HARRY FERGUSSON, Irish tractor and farm implement inventor, who has brought a suit against the Ford Motor Company for 251,000,000 dollars. He claims that the successors to the late Mr Henry Ford violated a verbal agreement which he had with them by which he was to receive royalty payments on tractors built by Ford.
