THIRD UNIT AT KARAPIRO
EXCELLENT PROGRESS WITH INSTALLATION
(P.A.) Hamilton, Jan. 12. Excellent progress is being made with the installation of the third unit at the Karapiro hydro-electric station, and the work of assembling the heavy, and cumbersome parts is ahead of schedule. Although June is officially the date when the unit will be generating, engineers, said today that progress has been so satisfactory that it will be installed and in use before then.
