YUGOSLAV OFFER TO U.S.A.
VISIT TO COUNTRY TO SEE FOR THEMSELVES New York, Sept. 28. The Yugoslav Government through its Ambassador to the United States, M. Sava Kasonovic, today invited six prominent Americans to gb to Yugoslavia to see for themselves the “true situation” regarding the charge of Yugoslav threats against Greece. Those invited include the former Secretary of State, Mr James Byrnes, the author John Gunther, and Hanson Baldwin, the New York Times writer on military affairs. M. Kasonovic, in a letter containing the invitations, stated: “A great misunderstanding has arisen among the American people that Yugoslavia is supporting civil war in Greece and is threatening Greece’s territorial integrity.” ' ;
